Within our team, we are pursuing a new systems engineering approach by combining Bosch’s deep production knowledge with AI and software expertise to create unique industrial AI and software applications. - As part of our team, you will drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI feature requirements, including elicitation, analysis, prioritization, specification, validation, and ongoing management. - Your focus will be on the technical steering of AI feature development for cloud‑based industrial AI and software applications, with a particular emphasis on time‑series and tabular data. You will ensure on‑time, specification‑compliant, and high‑quality delivery of AI features in line with best‑practice development standards. - You will drive innovation through a continuous AI feature pipeline, leveraging the latest research and technological advancements. - Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance to the AI development team and actively foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - You will collaborate in an international, interdisciplinary setting with experts across AI, software engineering, business, and domain domains. - Last but not least, you are able to clearly communicate complex technical content to customers, technical and business stakeholders, as well as management. # Qualifications - Education: an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - Experience and Knowledge: proven experience in delivering production‑grade AI features for cloud‑based industrial AI and software applications, with a strong focus on time‑series and tabular data - profound knowledge of the research and technology landscape of AI for time series and tabular data, combined with excellent programming skills - strong experience in building and leading AI development teams - proven track record in driving innovation in the context of AI feature development and inspiring teams to contribute - experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing is a plus - Personality and Working Practice: You bring extensive experience working in international, interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong communication skills - Languages: fluent English skills written and spoken, German is a plus # Additional Information ••••• Please submit all relevant documents (CV, certificates, and links to GitHub or kaggle account).
